Nigel comes to the task with over 20 years of experience in electronic product design, embedded systems, system modeling and analysis. He has been a key expert witness in satellite cases resulting in judgments totaling over a billion dollars. Nigel was awarded First Class Honors with the degree of B.Sc. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University in London.

Stew has experience in a wide range of technologies including DSP cores, RISC cores, broadband devices, RF and wireless devices and sensor devices. Recent activities include work in the areas of real-time, streaming, data compression and encryption for mobile wireless applications and electron-enhanced plasma etching of semiconductor device structures down to single digit nanometer dimensions with atomically smooth surfaces. Mr. Ablard is a government research acquisition consultant. In his thirty-three year federal government acquisition career, he has become a renowned expert in agreements with industry and consortium under the acquisition and non-acquisition special authorities and continues to lead development and utilization of these new techniques through his active participation in leading-edge projects. He is the former Deputy Director, Contracts Management Office for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Colonel Marc Jamison, is the Principal at Cyber Checkmate Consultants. Following 24 years of U.S. Air Force service with eight years of cyber industry experience, he is known as an innovative senior executive who is well connected and understands the deep technical underpinnings of air, cyber and counter terrorist plans and operations. He served as a USAF senior officer within the US Cyber Command (a plank holder). He was involved in strategy, planning and operations advising senior U.S. Government (USG), U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM), National Security Agency (NSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) leadership on strategies and policy. He additionally designed and executed the largest cyber network operation to that point in time for DOD and the USG. For over two years, Marc served as the Chair of the Cyber Joint Interagency Task Force meetings, forums which included 27 agencies. He was the architect for Cyber Flag, the realistic full spectrum joint cyber warfare training event at the national range. Marc also established the inaugural Cyber Joint Operations Center at Fort Meade as the focal point for national cyber coordination and direct action. Col Jamison is a Combat aviator having flown the B-1 and B-52 bombers. He is a trained joint strategist and planner. Col Jamison holds a Master in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master in Airpower Art and Science from the School of Advanced Air and Space School, a Master in Military Art & Science from Air Command and Staff College, a Master in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle University, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Todd W. Russell
Mr. Russell is the founder and owner of a small, veteran-owned consulting business. He was a Project Officer supporting US Special Operations Command Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) office for research, test, evaluation, analysis and integrated concept development of emerging and developmental technologies for rapid fielding to tactical Special Operations Forces (SOF). Mr. Russell draws upon his extensive background in both Navy aviation operations and SOF communications capabilities and requirements. Mr. Russell served as Commander, U.S. Navy as a Navy Aviator (RIO) flying the F-4 and F-14 aircraft, Strike Operations Officer (AR), USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63), and as Communications Officer, USSOCOM (J6, J3, SOF AT&L). He has extensive experience in Defense Industry requirements and acquisition processes, program management and future command, control and communications requirements. Gary Stanley is the President of Global Legal Services, PC, a Washington, DC-based law firm focusing on trade compliance and other international business issues. Mr. Stanley represents, among others, numerous U.S., Canadian, and European companies on defense export control issues. He has served as a Special Compliance Official under a 2004 ITAR Consent Agreement, publishes the daily Defense and Export-Import Update newsletter, and frequently speaks at ITAR training events around the world. Besides representing private companies, Mr. Stanley has also served as a consultant to the U.S. Government and foreign governments as well as industry groups. Mr. Stanley received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1975 and his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1978.
